Daylight Collective, inspired by the Action Center, is a comprehensive community hub designed to bring support, opportunity, and connection together in one place. Housed in a repurposed Jeffco school in Lakewood, Daylight Collective brings high-impact, mission-aligned partners together under one roof.
Individuals and families can access coaching and resource navigation to help move from crisis to stability, along with no-cost groceries and clothing, health and behavioral health services, workforce development, benefits support, education, youth recreation, and welcoming shared spaces.
Built on the Action Center’s relationship-driven, dignity-centered approach, Daylight Collective represents a groundbreaking model for how communities can respond to need, create pathways to stability, and build belonging.
