The organization offers family-centered services, including parenting education, ESL classes, coaching, and support programs that strengthen skills, increase confidence, and promote economic and personal well-being. By combining direct assistance with pathways to growth and opportunity, The Action Center helps create a stronger and more resilient community.

Benefits in Action helps families access critical public benefits and resources, including SNAP, Medicaid, health insurance, energy assistance, and other family support programs. By reducing barriers to essential services, they help families achieve greater stability, improve food security, and access healthcare needed to support healthy child development.
Benefits in Action will move its corporate headquarters to Daylight Collective, strengthening collaboration with partner organizations and making it easier for community members to access coordinated services and support.
Complete Care Pediatrics
Complete Care Pediatrics offers comprehensive pediatric care from infancy through childhood, with a strong emphasis on newborn care, breastfeeding support, developmental monitoring, preventive healthcare, and family-centered wellness. Their integrated approach helps ensure that young children meet key developmental milestones while providing parents with education, support, and timely access to pediatric healthcare services.
CrossPurpose
CrossPurpose offers a comprehensive career and community development program that helps adults gain industry-recognized credentials, develop professional skills, and secure sustainable employment. Through career coaching, job placement, and a strong network of community support, CrossPurpose helps families increase financial stability, break cycles of poverty, and build a stronger future for themselves and their children.
At Daylight Collective, CrossPurpose will operate a Navigation Center where community members can learn about and access its Leader and Launch programs, connect with career development resources, and receive guidance on educational and employment pathways that support long-term success.
Paragon
Connections delivers community-based behavioral health services for individuals and families, including intensive in-home mental health support, family therapy, parent coaching, and crisis stabilization. Their holistic, family-centered approach helps strengthen caregiver well-being, improve family functioning, and support the healthy social-emotional development of children.
Paragon will offer both individual and group therapy options, creating multiple pathways for participants to receive support and build connections with others facing similar challenges. In addition, Paragon will provide classes and workshops that promote mental wellness, build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and increase access to behavioral health resources throughout the community.
Skyhawks/SuperTots Sports Colorado
Skyhawks/SuperTots Sports Colorado provides accessible recreational and enrichment programs that promote physical activity, skill-building, confidence, teamwork, and social connection for children and families. Through age-appropriate sports instruction and positive youth development opportunities, the organization helps participants build healthy habits and strengthen community engagement.
As the primary leaseholder and operator of the gymnasium, Skyhawks/SuperTots will coordinate with community partners to create a comprehensive hub of programming that serves individuals and families of all ages, maximizing community access and impact.
Jefferson County Public Health
Jeffco Public Health’s Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program provides nutrition education, healthy foods, breastfeeding support, health screenings, and referrals for pregnant women, infants, and children under age five. These services promote healthy growth and development during the critical early childhood years while supporting caregivers with evidence-based nutrition and wellness resources.
In addition to WIC services, Jefferson County Public Health provides immunization clinics for infants, children, and adults, helping families access preventive healthcare that protects children from vaccine-preventable diseases and supports healthy development. The department also offers sexual health and family planning services, including birth control, wellness exams, pregnancy testing, and health education, empowering individuals and families to make informed healthcare decisions and promote long-term family well-being.
Red Rocks Community College
Red Rocks Community College provides educational opportunities, workforce training, career coaching, and student support services that help individuals build skills, earn credentials, and achieve economic self-sufficiency. Through access to academic resources, emergency assistance, and connections to community supports, Red Rocks helps families overcome barriers and create pathways toward long-term stability and success.
Red Rocks Community College will hold its high school diploma completion program at Daylight Collective, creating opportunities for adults who previously left high school to earn their diploma, advance their education, and improve their career prospects. By expanding access to this program within the community, Red Rocks will help more individuals achieve important educational milestones that can lead to greater economic mobility for themselves and their families.
